Automatically Print Reply Labels
You can optionally automatically print a Reply Postage label immediately after printing each shipping label. You can also optionally use a different label layout for your return shipping labels.
- Tip! Only print a reply postage label in cases where you are sure that it will be used to send a package back to you. Remember that you pay for Reply Postage at the moment that you print it, whether or not the receiving party uses the label.
- Important! This setting prints a return label after every postage label that you print, regardless of whether you are printing single labels or batch printing labels. To save postage, clear the Print return label after shipping label check box when you no longer need reply postage. To print a single return label, see Print a Single Reply Label.
- Note: The setup or changes that you make in the following Steps apply only to the current profile.
