If you have a Premium, Professional, Platinum, or Label Server service plan account, you can look up the Refund Request Status.
The Refund Request Status may indicate:

If you have a Standard service plan account, you can run the Refund Requests report, but you would have to contact support to get the reason for a rejected refund.
