Using Quick Stamps

With a single click, the Quick Stamps feature allows you to quickly print postage stamps on rolls only (DYMO Stamps Postage Labels) for First-Class Mail 1-ounce, First-Class Mail 2-ounce, or Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope.

• Note: Before printing, verify that your DYMO LabelWriter printer is loaded with the postage labels and is ready to print.

• Click the Quick Stamps icon.

  The Print Quick Stamp icons appear.

Print a Quick Stamp

Step

• Click one of the Print Quick Stamp icons:
  • First-Class, 1 oz
  • First-Class, 2 oz
  • Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope

• Tip! You can optionally track purchases of stamps (including Quick Stamp purchases) by department or project by enabling the Reference ID field. After you enable the Reference ID, the Reference ID field appears on the main window, where you can enter your department or project number before you print. You can then use the Account Transactions Report to track expenses by Reference ID. You can also require the Reference ID for each printing.
